Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, but moved to Dix Hills, Long Island in the last year in junior high school. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers. Gregory is her brother who is older and Evan is her younger. She started her career in the field of entertainment at nine and was modeling. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she started studying Sanford Meisner's acting techniques for three years.
